Capital District NYSBOC offers the following Department of State approved in-service training for Code Enforcement Officials:

Three (3) half-day training classes

One (1) three day educational conference each October
We strive to offer courses that are both interesting and educational with live demonstrations, site visits and hands on experience.

Disaster Response and Recovery for Code Officials (Topic 1 – 1 hour)
Post Disaster Building Safety Evaluations: An Overview (Topic 1– 1 hour)
Post-Disaster Code Enforcement (Topic 2 -1 hour)

The training will be immediately followed by the bi-monthly membership meeting and lunch.

Half-Day Training
Half-Day Trainings are usually offered in February, April & June of each year and are followed by membership meetings.
